FAQ

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • Orders will leave our warehouse within 3 days (normally much faster) of order. Please take the following shipping times into consideration, depending on your location:
      • 2-3 weeks (normally much faster)
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).
  • If you have any other questions, please email support and we will do our best to help you out.

    RETURNS

    • If you wish to get a exchange or refund please contact us by replying to the email you received when your order was placed. We cannot accept any returns until you have been issued an RMA.
